Because of the large number of fatalities and injuries involved in the crash, the National Transportation Safety Board became immediately involved.  It sent out a team of investigators who made preliminary assessments.  Much of their work continued back at headquarters.  The investigation culminated with the presentation of a written report of findings and recommendations. The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration focused on the manufacturer’s role in relation to the defect that caused the crash.  At the conclusion of its investigation, NHTSA entered into a Consent Order with Ride the Ducks International.

Every case is different and results depend on their specific circumstances. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
