Closing occurred on January 24 and 25, 2019 after four months of trial. The plaintiffs’ closing lasted three and a half hours. It included three PowerPoints (liability, damages, jury instructions). Two separate projection screens were used to simultaneously show PowerPoints and other charts. The audio recording, transcript and the liability PowerPoint of plaintiffs’ closing are included here.
