All of us in the State of Washington lost Justice Mary Fairhurst this morning. She finally succumbed to a 13 year battle with cancer. She fought valiantly and courageously, extending her life and her many contributions to the law and our justice system. We at Stritmatter Law wish to extend our condolences to her husband and her family. She will be greatly missed.
