Gray v. Grant County was a case against the government for a dog bite that happened in the home of the dog’s owners. The dog had previously bitten someone in the home and the County had investigated and ultimately returned the dog. We tried the case in Kittitas County. We will discuss what we did –and what we learned—to successfully try this case to a seven-figure verdict.
