Andrew Ackley has been practicing law for twelve years, almost entirely in plaintiff’s personal injury.  For the last six years, he has been a member of the Stritmatter Kessler Koehler Moore law firm focusing on serious injury and wrongful death cases.  His practice focuses on complex liability settings including products liability, premises liability, recreational activities, and medical negligence.  Andrew was second chair for three years of litigation and the four-month long Ride the Ducks trial resulting in a $123,000,000 verdict.

Andrew has served for years on several Washington State Association for Justice committees, including the Legislative Steering Committee, and currently sits on the Board of Governors.  For over five years Andrew has served as Rule 9 supervisor to interns at UW Student Legal Services.  He has been regularly publishing articles and speaking at CLEs since 2012.
