Two years ago, we completed the four-month-long Ride the Ducks trial. The case was fully recorded by Courtroom View Network which has invited us to revisit the trial through the use of video clips and a panel discussion. Karen Koehler and Andrew Ackley will be presenting Ride the Ducks Part 1 (opening and liability) on Thursday, February 4, 2021. Trial consultant Artemis Malekpour helped with the presentation strategy and will join in, as will color commentator Randi McGinn, a notable trial lawyer from New Mexico.
