Class actions serve an important role in securing justice and fairness on behalf of typically large groups of people who are similarly situated.  In this presentation, we will highlight a recent class action involving an important subrogation issue – i.e., efforts to recover medical expenses from injury victims in clear violation of the Consumer Protection Act.  

With a focus on class actions in the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) context, we will highlight a current class action and provide you with the rules for successfully pursuing a CPA class action.
