Our reputation of successfully handling big tough cases is built upon the good work we have done for plaintiffs since 1945.
Our clients have suffered death, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, internal injuries and other orthopedic, neurological, physical and emotional injuries including post traumatic stress disorder.
We respect and value the individual needs of each client. We embrace and master the unique facts of each legal case. We have the experience and resources to fight for accountability when negligence or wrongdoing of others is involved.
In the Ride the Ducks Aurora Bridge trial, we represented three young people who had been killed and 40 others who had suffered fractures, joint replacements, internal injuries, and PTSD. That case involved the multiple practice areas of Product Liability, Common Carrier Liability, Automobile Accidents, Government Liability, Highway Safety, Insurance Coverage, and Wrongful Death. The record breaking jury verdict was $123Million.
In 2018 our firm settled the case of Seward v. State of Washington. We represented a teenager who suffered quadriplegia as the result of negligence of the State. Just before trial was to start, after years of litigation, the State admitted that it was negligent. The case then settled for a record breaking $28 Million.
