1 WA Law & Legal CLE credit

Practicing law for new lawyers can be scary, practicing law as a new lawyer in federal court can be even scarier. During this one-hour legal education seminar, two of our local magistrate judges from the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington will teach you the basics of having your case heard in federal court. During the last half hour, Mo Hamoudi will ask questions you want the answers to but are too afraid to ask. Their answers will demystify the venue and debunk myths surrounding it.

Presenters

  • Mo Hamoudi, Of Counsel at Stritmatter Kessler Koehler Moore
  • Honorable Judge Michelle L. Peterson, United States Magistrate Judge
  • Honorable S. Kate Vaughan, United States Magistrate Judge
