Plaintiff, 27 years old, had previous Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma which compromised her cardiac and kidney functions.  Went to hospital complaining of pain and tingling down both legs. Despite complaints, no proper diagnosis was made and unnecessary delays resulted in both legs having to be amputated.
