Attorneys

Compassionate | Strategic | Thorough | Approachable

Numerous publications and organizations have award SKWC lawyers each year for their outstanding work. For example, in 2012 Washington Super Lawyers recognized seven of SKWC attorneys, listing Kevin Coluccio as a Top 10 Super Lawyer, Paul Stritmatter, Keith Kessler, Karen Koehler and Paul Whelan as Top 100 along with Ray Kahler and Brad Moore as honorees.  We are proud to have the most Super Lawyers out of all Washington plaintiffs firms.

Clients, attorneys, judges - we respectfully approach each relationship with an open mind and the willingness to fight for superior results.

Our attorneys are considered the best in their field.  They bring specific strengths to each case, often working as a team to ensure the best outcome.  Beyond our case loads, we actively support the legal community. Three of our attorneys are past presidents of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association*, and four have been selected as the Washington State Association for Justice’s Trial Lawyer of the Year.* One of our attorneys is a past president of Trial Lawyers for Public Justice**. One SKWC attorney has served as president of the Washington State Bar Association. Our attorneys have been honored with numerous other awards for their outstanding legal work.

*WSTLA is now WSAJ (Washington State Association for Justice)
**Now called Public Justice.
